Desiring God – John Piper
This book is celebrating its 25 year in print in 2011 with a brand new edition. I seriously thought about buying one of the new copies with its very slick looking cover. However my 10th anniversary edition copy has so many passages underlined and notes written in it, I would miss those in a new copy. Possibly my all time favorite book apart from the Bible. I daily try to do all I can for God’s Glory and it was Piper’s words in this book that really made that come alive to me and changed my thinking and opinion on all of life. I plead with each of you to read this book as soon as you can, your life will be changed.
